Maintenance charges for repairs other than those listed above will be assessed at actual labor costs ($22.50/hr.) plus overhead, plus material costs.  Labor costs will be in 1/12 hours increments or more.

Maintenance work performed after hours, on weekends or holidays will be assessed at 1-1/2 times the regular labor costs, plus overhead, plus material costs.

Maintenance work performed by contractors will be assessed at the actual cost to the Authority.
