• Rent is due on the first of the month.
• Report any changes in income or family composition within 10 days.
• Keep your unit in a safe, decent and sanitary condition.
• Report any bedbugs or pest issues to the office.
• Keep your yard, porch and storage area free of trash and litter.
• No house furniture is allowed on porches or in yards.
• Keep your heat set at a temperature that is comfortable for you and your family.  (Remember, if you go over your utility allowance, there will be a charge for excess.)
• If your pet uses the bathroom outside, please clean it up.
