Public Housing Waiting List Partially Open
Effective October 1, 2026, the Smithfield Housing Authority will be accepting applications for housing for our public housing program!
The Waiting List will be open for bedroom sizes 2 - 5. The 0 - 1 bedroom Waiting List is still closed at this time.
Before applying, please consider that the bedroom size you qualify for is based on the number of people in your household/ application.
