Attention Residents!

Starting September 1, 2024 Smithfield Housing Authority has introduced a new way to pay toward your rental account using the RentPayment site!

Click here to set up your account.

You will need to know the name of your community (please note if you reside in Brooklyn Circle, you will need to enter in Woodall Heights instead) as well as your account number (Tenant ID). From there follow the step by step instructions and you're on your way to making online payments!

As always, if you have any questions during the process, please contact us at the Office.
